Does anyone know if a LT1 wiring harness from a 1992 C4 will work for a 1995 C4, thinking about getting one for a donor one for my 95, both automatic, thanks.
The powertrain harness is different. 92 MPFI, speed density, cable shift 700r4
95 SFI, MAF, electric shift 4l60e
It's possible to swap harness with pcm and related parts including transmission if an A4.

So if I have a base model 95 and just want to swap the connectors like the fuel injectors and ignition coil, should this work. Not trying to change the entire harness just connectors.

If it were FREE I wouldn't refuse it BUT if I had to pay shipping I wouldn't pay shipping for a FREE one. There are multiple sources for NEW either empty connectors and you learn to assemble or pigtails that you can cut/splice.
There's not enough similarity between the 2 you mention to be considered useful. Yours are 23 years old and they're 3 years older.
Get familiar with the 8A-202 section of the FSM and then 'learn'.
Your money will be better spent on 'quality' tools.
I don't use the same vendor as IHBD but there's likely 10 - 15 that do a very good job.
I have a source that will repair and rebuild with warranty basically ANY wiring harness from any car. If you have a harness with a problem I can look on my work computer and post link to their site. (they are a quality company I use in my work).
