You might want to get a fuel pressure gauge and do a REAL test. First, connect it to your schrader value at idle and you should get +,- 40. Then tape the gauge to your windshield and take your car for a ride. You should see the pressure increase as you accelerate meaning your three points of failure (pump, filter FPR) are in order. If you are not getting increasing pressure (50ish at WOT) then you have issues.
