Rough Idle in Park

I have a 1995 Stock LT1. The cars acceleration as normal seems to idle fine in drive but when in park idles rough and almost has a miss and the exhaust smell seems different. If you put you hand on the IAC it seems to chatter like its cyclicing. any idea?

Exhaust smells different from what? It is idling so it probably is different. Did you scan it for IAC counts?

Changed the IAC and TOS rough idle seems better but Needle is pegged at 1000 RPM idle in park.

If you are going to throw parts at it, might as well do coolant temp sensor and all new air hoses.

well listen the TSP was broken in 2 pieces and the IAC would chatter the rough idle is fixed just now high so really throwing parts at it. thanks for the help

Did you get the scanned values for CTS, IAC counts, TPS voltage and command idle? Is the timing spot on?

I haven't got my scanner yet buy the feel of the idle it more like a miss. and now is below a grand. its starting to make me lean to ignition.

Well went out to drive it to work today and it would crank but not fire. then when I stopped cranking it would sputter like it was trying to start. FUEL ?
