is there a step to step procedures anywhere ? how about refilling,? thanks friends, i have no experience working on a c4 oh by the way it's a 90 L98 TIA
It is really easy to do. Just get some prestone super flush and 2 gallons of prestone antifreeze. Pull the drain plug and drain. Replace plug. Put in super flush, fill the rest of the way up with water. Start car and turn on heater and let run up to normal operating temp. Then let car run for ten min. after reaching oper. temp. Let car cool and then drain again. Then leave plug out and start car and run straight water through it with heater on until water coming of of radiator is clear. Then replace drain plug and then put in your mix of antifreeze and water. Then drive!!!!!!
Just one more thing , then you mix your coolant use Distilled
water , it's only about a buck a gallon at the goc. store. Also if you don't have one and plan on working on your Vette your self get a GM ser. manual. :seeya
