Matthew, what would be the benefits(if any) of converting over to the Push-Type clutch that RAM makes?

As I understand it, you get to use more common pressure plate designs that are more robust than the current China-sourced pull-type units, and I would think that the hydraulic throwout bearing that goes with it is far better, too. It's not that there is anything inherently wrong with the OE pull-type setup - just that replacement parts are for the p/p and bearing are garbage now.

I replaced mine with a McLeod about a year and a half ago and it’s been great.

is it sprung hub?

you can get a twin but mine is a single. Actually I regret not getting the twin because I have a pretty heavy clutch peddle.
