Anyone know which one of these parameters is the one that I can lower a few degrees to get them to turn on a bit earlier? These numbers don't seem right compared to the 228F- ish degrees they should turn on. Novice at tuning here. Really looking to learn. 95 LT1

RottenApple, it looks like you're using the OBD2 version of Tunercat, or Jet DST? In my version of OBD1 Tunercat, the menu of choices look like the one that RicardoG posted, and you'd want the selection he highlighted. But in my Jet DST software (I have both), I get menus like you posted. In that software, just above the fan hysteresis controls at the top in your first picture, there are four tables for Fan On Thresholds for low and high road speeds, and they are set against the coolant temps. In the picture below, they are the top four menu items. These are what you want to adjust. The settings in the picture below are stock for a 96 LT4.

PS - The high temps you see in your second pic are oil temps, not coolant temps, and they are fine.

You are looking in the wrong spot, you are in constants and you need to be in tables as Ricardo G showed.

Here is a Celsius to Fahrenheit converter. This will make it easier to adjust your settings

https://www.theunitconverter.com/cel...ahrenheit.html

109 C = 228.2 F

in the above link, the converter changes the Fahrenheit reading as soon as you change the Celsius side, you don't have to hit enter or click a button.

take note though, the text showing what was converted does not change, and there is one box that is cumulative. There are some programming errors/deficincies in the page, but the conversion is accurate

here is another one that is simpler to use

https://www.calculateme.com/temperat...fahrenheit/109

both agree in their conversion
