Will these wheels work?

Going to be getting a (preferably admiral blue, aqua blue metallic or quasar blue or blue blue blue blue) 92-96 c4 manual or auto soon. I may do a big brake upgrade with baer brakes or willwood (possibly only on the front unless I want to spend more on the rears...I dont really mind a front only upgrade.)
Just wondering if these beautiful wheels would work with or without the brake upgrade? I know the stock offset is +56. Just looking for a bit of pro help.

Everyone knows willwood so I wont show links for it. I know the rears are 6 piston and the fronts are 4 piaton... oh well 😑😑😑
Here is a video of the wheels on a blue Mustang so you can get an idea:

Specs are
Front 18x8.5 40offset
Rears are 18x9.5 40offset
They also have
Rears 18x10.5 25offset
Would the 10.5 wheels work with that offset?
There is a guy who has these same exact wheels but 18x9.5 35offset for front and 18x10.5 25 offset on the rears and they fit his car perfectly flush flush flush. He has 265 on the front and 295 on the rears. His car is a 87 though. I'm not sure if there is a difference for the later lt1 cars?
I think I heard that the earlier 87 and down c4 allowed for a lower offset number? So...
