I searched all over for the location of the relay. Some say above drive side bolster and others right side under glove box. And of course if there are more than 1 relay on the correct side which one is it. I cant find it in the FSM either.
Thanks all

In the past you've asked questions regarding a '93. If you have the FSM it's an easy find. 8A-201-16 for an illustration. The 8A-201 section is invaluable for 'component location' !! Is your FSM paper or a .pdf?
Thanks for your reply! My fsm is paper and well used. I searched relays, starter relay. Just didn't think of components. Dropping that bolster is a real pain but what isn't on this car. I need to replace the relay or bypass it cause vats (which has been bypassed from key and in ecm) is still locking me out most times and hope that works. I asked this forum cause I get a decent reply 99% of the time
In case anyone bothers to read this. I jumped my starter relay and now the car starts every time even with the "security" light steady on. Vats was bypassed at the pcm and at the ignition wires with a resister but was still dead at times and no start

It sounds like you have VATS bypassed and then some. The resistor would satisfy the CCM for proper key resistance and give the PCM the proper hand shake and enable it for starting.
If the engine does not crank it's probably a different problem. What comes to mind is the starter. The solenoid can become intermittent and not energize the starter. It may click or not, but I would definitely check it out to eliminate or not. But I think the starter may be bad.
If the starter is good, I would then look at the neutral switches.
