TP Sensor Learn Procedure

I have a P0123 and have determined I should perform the TP Sensor Learn Procedure as I have a new TB and TPS. FSM calls for a tech 1. Is this the only way? If so, how does one go about finding a shop that has a tech 1?

Indeed. I adjusted the sensor with the screws, all is good now.

The pandemic has ruined my ability to reverse engineer the Tech 1 since I was 'borrowing' a shop one for that, but as soon as I can get my hands on another one, I plan to get all those ABS/ASR commands so that we don't have to pay hundreds for a Tech 1 or more for a shop to do these sorts of things for us.
