Almost anything is possible if you have both time and money. Money being key factor. IDK why you would want to there would be alot of fabrication. LS would be simpler and less involved.

I'm.a lexus guy and the 3uz engine is one of the most bulletproof engines ever made.
Great on gas , will last 500 000 miles and can be had for dirt cheap
I would do this as well if the install wasn't too bad

The Lexus V8s are nice but if youre not boosting it why not use a sbc?
Take measurements, youll know if it fits. If not break out the welder and cutting wheel.
There are C3s and 4s with LT5s V12s, big blocks all kinds of oddball stuff.
An sbc can go hundreds of thousands no problem.
What about trans computer EFI etc. C beam? Lots to figure out other than getting it bolted on
