Rust under windshield

Anyone have any experience fixing rust under the windshield frame? cracked my windshield and the tech found rust on the windshield frame. Anyone know costs or viability of repair? Pictures is from drivers side.

If the windshield is out, get your self a POR-15 kit. Has the cleaner and prep and paint in one kit. Its enough to do the entire A pillar. I did mine a long time ago and it came out great.
