I like the idea of moving the radiator to the rear....a lot. I've day dreamed about it but not acted yet. My nearer term idea is to replace the DMF and ZF6 with a light SMF and T5 trans....that's 100 lbs, but not in the front. It's towards the front and should help bias, some. If I could get enough weight off the front (aluminum engine?) then I could ditch the power steering.
Late model cars have aluminum p/s pumps, and a composite pulley. (Using this pump on my '69.)
A Denso mini alternator is about half the weight of the stock C4 alternator. (Using this on my '69 also.)
I've entertained moving the radiator to the rear of my car, strictly for better weight distribution. Still working out the packaging issues. Packaging shouldn't be an issue with a Kart, though.
Could I please get a part number or model on both of those? Both have been on my list awhile.

I don't have any part numbers. I pretty much just figure out what lighter weight parts I want to put on the car, and then I wander the pick&pull type junkyards looking for stuff that would be adaptable to my car.
The aluminum p/s pump I'm using is a type II design. It's reasonably plentiful on later model cars, and IIRC I got mine off of a late model Jeep. The nice things about these pumps, other than their light weight, is that they come with a variety of reservoir sizes, shapes, and integral/remote, and the composite serpentine pulley is very light. (Because I'm still running vee-belts on my '69 I swapped out the serpentine pulley for a vee pulley.)
The Denso mini alternator (41A) I'm using is 4-6 pounds lighter than the various Delco alternators. This alternator was already off the vehicle at the junkyard, so I don't know its origin, but it's the same design that the big speed shop guys advertise at high prices, or that auction sites sell at pretty reasonable prices. Here's a poor quality picture of what that alternator looks like. (I removed the 11# Delco alternator and steel bracket from the driver's side and put this 7# alternator and custom aluminum bracket on the passenger side for less weight and better distribution. I also made a short adapter harness to plug this alternator into my stock wiring harness.)
Oooh...I dig the small/light alternator. That is a killer idea, especially for the Kart which has barely any electrical load. I'll start looking for something like that at my P&P yards.

Got to thinking for a couple more pounds off the front end, is the late C4 hollow sway bar an option for use on your kart?
I'll have to look and see what it's got. I bet I could entirely ditch the bar. I ditched the rear b/c it didn't do any thing. The car has no perceptible body roll.
