Tuner cat problem

Has anyone else ever had a problem with tuner cat losing connection in the middle of an upload . Any help would be great!

If you have a 1995 C4 as your username suggests, stop using TunerCat to flash or read your PCM. Use Flashhack instead. It's faster, more reliable, and basically better in every way (including handling "noisy" serial buses better).

Usually means you have a flaky cable.

Could be. Or the USB port is iffy. Or the vehicle in question has a noisy serial bus for some reason. My '94 is like that.

I honestly have no clue. I haven’t tried to track it down. The software I use is resilient enough to work despite it so I haven’t bothered tracking down the actual problem. Just for whatever reason my 94 has it and my 95 does not.

Anyway, as long as you stop using TunerCat software it won’t matter.
