95 LCD no power
I have emailed Batee and there response was as follows:
" Hi:
This could be a broken wiring harness connector solder joint where the connector solders to the instrument panel PC board. It could be a bad terminal in the female side of the wiring harness connector. It could be a bad fuse or broken wire. It might be a bad photocell.

It's going to take some actual troubleshooting to sort this out. Here is a wiring diagram. Get a multimeter and start tracing the power to those two bulbs.
Thank you,

batee.com Corvette Parts and Repair
This information is most helpful. But this is a HUGE process of elimination for me. I am wondering if anyone else might have had this problem, and be able to give me some advise on what their problem was? I have not checked the photo cell yet, I assume that would affect all
the illumination. I have the FSM. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I did my dash and C68 several years ago with Bryan's help via the You Tube videos and quality replacement parts available through BATEE. I found so many bad connections along with faulty grounds. I bought all the parts and replaced all the parts that Bryan suggests. The electrical components in your dashboard were made with a 15 year life expectancy. My C4 is over 32 years old already and my dash works great due to the great help provided by BATEE.COM. No more flashing numbers on the C68 or the dash!!
One Very useful tool was the Power Probe IV, this device allows you to apply voltage or ground at the tip via a Rocker switch. It has a breaker built in to protect the circuits and a long wire set to allow you to use it quite a ways from the battery. A great asset in any Corvette Owners Tool Box.
