About 3 years ago I had Tire Rack mount new tires on my 1990 roadster. Today I wanted to rotate the tires and looked for the lug nut security adapter and it was missing. I am assuming that Tire Rack never returned it because that is the last time I saw it.
Take it to a tire store. They will either have a universal lock key set (which you can buy for around $50 online) or if they don't have a key to fit they will beat a socket onto the nut and get it off that way. Then you can replace them with regular lug nuts. That's what we had to do with our 85. But the likely hood that you will be able to identify the right key and then find one for the factory locks is somewhere between slim to none. I believe that Amcor was the original manufacturer of the C4 locks. If they are still around you might be able to contact them for help. Personally I would get them off and throw them away. The only thing they are good for is keeping the owner from getting his tires off.
WVZR-1 is probably the BEST resource for identifying the correct lug lock "pattern" for your lugs.....but if it were MY car, I'd move on. I'd pound a 12 point socket onto that lock nut and rip it off with an impact...replace it w/a non-locking, lug nut and be done with that stuff.
There maybe a 2 x 2 card in owners packet with lock information. Locks are installed during prep and the lock id card is supposed to put in owners manual. Most dealer parts departments have a universal sets to id lock keys. From there either you or they will order it direct from the manufacturer. There are tools to remove them, a 7/8 12 point driven on with a hammer would take some type off.
There's several places 'in the car' where it might have been placed, where was it before your Tire Rack service? Visit them and they'd likely remove for you. If you've bought more from them in the recent past I'd think they'd be inclined to help!
Take a snapshot of yours and see if you can match it to those from Amcor. They very well still offer them. It's unlikely that most dealers will still have complete sets but who knows - try them!
ID it from the Amcor snapshots and post an image and description here - many/most have moved on and might help you. For other than an NCRS future interest I'd say move on. Try here - I believe in '90 it was Amcor

This is what I did. Nobody is out to steal our wheels. Dan
My 93 came without the lug key much to my chagrin. I used a universal lug extractor socket (impact). I bought it from one of those cheapo auto parts stores. Popped them right off with the impact. The only pain was then extracting the lug from the extractor socket. What I did was grind two flat spots onto the lug base after removed, put it in a vice and then used the impact to spin it back off. Took about 20 minutes or so.
Not to completely hijack but FWIW - especially lately, I’ve been getting a lot of “nice Vette” or “nice car” or “cool car” yelled at me randomly...entirely from kids/teens etc... maybe it’s the tint plus the corsa but I think there may be more younger folks than people realize that are into these cars/the look.
From what I’ve seen it tends to be older folks who turn up their noses at this generation Vette (those that could have bought them when they were in production).
I think this is also because they aren’t as commonly seen as they once were so seeing one as a younger person may be the only one you’ve ever seen/noticed before while those more experienced in life might go “oh another Barbie Vette whatever”
As to the saw blades, no I am not worried about them getting stolen and yes I am considering a wheel swap lol! Either c5z (with the black center and polished lip with the studs or real grand sport wheels if I can find them)
