Besides needing more info on use, its a corvette so guessing u want performance.
for just street use, i would go with firestones and the wheel you like best.
for tires that give more road feel, go with runflats.

Budget? Looking at previous threads you have a LT1 car. If you choose 18s most likely you will need 35 series tires. Wheel wise due to back space or offset selection is limited.
