All assembled I could not find but Rock auto, Ecklers, and Davies have the parts and popping the pump in only takes a second. You will spend more time opening & unwrapping the pump than installing it in sending unit. Just remember to pay attention how the sock sits you want it to sit correctly in the tray in the bottom of tank.
. Eckler's seems to have the most complete, they have the Whole unit minus the pump it's sold separately and they are showing the pump as a AC Delco.

Eckler's is 'repackaged' something!!!! Davies likely the same - I 'doubt' they can make the claim manufactured for them and I'd inquire warranty. RA mentions only a 1 year warranty and I'm a RA hater.
I don't know whose they're 'repackaging' but there's a vendor you can buy direct from for reasonable $$ and they seem to do 'LIFETIME' on the 'Stainless Steel Hanger'. You would still need a pump but they supply filter/sock. I do believe they ship 'FREE' and from a US warehouse. They I'm sure sell a pump also!
If you're interested in trying these guys drop me a PM.
If you buy from Ecklers, I suggest verifying stock first.
Pre-Covid, I’m pretty sure I waited 5 or 6 months for mine to come in.
It was made in China, but seemed ok.
When I needed one I bought it from ZIP Products and they had it in stock and I had it the next day. I have stopped using the simple Sock that goes on the fuel pump and switched to Holley's Hydra Mat and been very happy with it.
The prices sure have gone up with dear ol Sleepy joe at the helm. Seems like it is almost double what I paid for the parts a couple years back. They now charge $60 for the Pulsator and it is totally useless....
Stick with the stock pumps if your engine is fairly stock. A lot of people install larger capacity fuel pumps than they actually need.
I needed to replace both in my 96. I could not find a put together set at any price. I bought the ss sending unit on ebay and just bought a pump at the Autozone. It only takes 10 minutes to assemble. I think I only paid like $118.00 for the ebay sending unit and it works perfectly. I actually don't know how they make and sell for such a low price (China). My advice is just concentrate on buying separate. Dan
The sending unit, probably Rock Auto. However i'd still source the pump from somewhere like Racetronix.
I'm an admitted RA hater and I go out of my way to avoid them - I just DO NOT!
TI bought Walbro years ago and nearly all of their product for submersibles are USA manufactured. A pump from them and the tank unit mentioned by @Whaleman is less expensive direct from vendor. Like him I can't suggest them but ... it's something to consider. TI is likely available 'local' and I'd consider comparable maybe.
ZIP is right now out of stock for hanger but I believe they deserve consideration. They don't mention theirs to be SS either. Call and ask maybe!
I wound up going with Corvette Mods. Not OEM, but for a 35 year old car that needs more work, I went for the Taiwanese product. I got it for $204 complete with pump and gasket, including shipping. I found a coupon online to save about $23.
Took less than an hour for removal and replacement. Got 39 PSI at the rail and it started right up.
The old unit had quite a lot of surface rust/oxidation on it. Hopefully all of that particulate matter stayed out of the fuel system.
I was with my dad when he bought it at the dealership in Florida in 1986. He lived overseas, so it sat in storage stateside for about 10 years with minimal driving.

I would sure suggest changing the fuel filter now and after 4-5 tanks of gas. Dan
