Injector question !!
Hey guys I've searched the forum and basically have found that I could run stock 22# injectors with the super ram intake. However my 1990 base model has hooker long tube headers, and edelbrock 6087 performer heads plus the accel intake manifold long with the superram once I pick it up can I run stock injectors or whats everyone's opinion ? I've read about the bosch 3s and also the Ford 24# please give me some advice !! Thanks in advance

This has more to do with whether or not you are running a custom tune or the stock ECM setup. The ability to airflow more freely with intake / header / head mods is only fully useable if you've got a ECM / PCM tune which allows you to take advantage of the higher flow rates. In other words, stock ECM - 22lb stock injectors are fine. Get froggy with your tune to produce more HP and better engine air throughput - then look at change to injector flow rate. The Bosch IIIs are excellent and available in multiple flow rates.
