knocking
Alright guys....this car just got rebuilt about a month ago and everything is great about it so far. But I have one re-occuring problem. When my water temp heats up above 190, I start knocking about the 2500+ rpm mark. This is the ONLY time it happens....never knocks under 190. Any ideas??

Rebuilt the engine to a 355 (.030)

Crane Race Gold 1.5 rr's
58mm throttle body
Ed Wright Stage 4 chip (on it's way)
Muffler Eliminators (on they're way)
Accel 21 lbs injectors
Hypertech coil
Performance HEI
adj fuel pressure regulator
700R4 Raptor Jr. Tranny
P.S. I'm running around 45 psi for fuel as TPIS told me so in accordance with my injectors. My dad and I think the chip will solve this problem as we believe the engine is running too lean and pre-igniting, therefore causing the knock or ping.
