C4 running rich
Hi everybody, my son recently purchased a project ‘85 corvette. Needless to say, it has some issues. When he bought the car, I bought a shop manual to go with it. It’s running very rich and throwing code 33 we followed the prescribed diagnostic tests on the MAF. All showed good indicating that the MAF itself is bad but it was recently replaced. My question I guess is, is there anything else that would cause it to throw that code? Trying to help keep a young man from wasting money replacing parts to find it wasn’t the problem. Thank in advance for any help.

What is your fuel pressure on the rail? MAF sensors have relays. Check relays.
