All the BBK's I'm aware of have the airfoil cast in to them. If we are talking about the same unit then it's not needed and there's no place to attach it anyway. On stock TB's I always put them on. No they don't do a lot but they do something and they are cheap.

BKK and most performance TBs. The airfoil is built in. just not perfected. My knifeblade 58mm BBK port and AF knifeblade
If you had a stock TB. And found a AF for a few dollars it would help out higher demanding CFM
