Repaired numerous loose and or broken dashboard plastic connectors- disturbed dash. Now both flasher arrows are lit and dashboard will not eliminate. I can see the dash is working but again not lit. I did find a broken fusible under the hood but could have simply be coincidental and not causative. I put very few miles on it. The fuseable was for the cooling radiator fan.
You may want to consider having the whole dash looked at by Brain and Batee.com. Brian has fixed my dash and many others. You can chase your own electrical gremlins for hours or have Brian fix it correctly.
I always started with smacking it a couple times to isolate the issue a little... when my dash was doing that a couple firm taps on the face would have it start working.... until I hit a pothole or something.
The fact you have those lights on to me means the ground path within the instrument cluster has an issue and it's looking for ground through the bulb circuit. Regardless it would seem you'll need to pull it to inspect/test the harness and or the cluster depending on what you find.
