Transient Suppression Capacitor
Problem: The driver's side horn does not work on my 1985 Corvette.
I've already checked, and replaced (just because), the horn fuse behind the IP.
I do see the 12vdc at the driver's side pigtail when I depress the horn button.
The horn itself works - tested good direct to battery.
Ground wire continuity good.
Continuity good between main lead (green wire) off harness and terminal connector to horn.
Does anyone have a picture / diagram showing how the Transient Suppression Capacitor is supposed to be wired?
