Are you positive you have good grounds?
I tapped all points with larger stainless screws.
TH part number. SKU TH-CKP24SNS $69.99
But CAN shipping.
I had to google this. Converted to> PN: ACDelco 213-348 Major price fluctuation $55.00- $126.00
I would validate with Paul.
I would hope Paul credits you. replacing a brand crank sensor in a new kit. Maybe a lil extra stress credit!
Off the top of my head the only ground I can think that you have to wire for the TorqHead is the one at the head near the old factory LT1 coil right?
What is the coil jump connector portion 3B of the instructions... is this where you have the connector with the red jumper wire that you plug the factory coil harness into?

I'm talking about. All of the actual car / frame contact points. I drilled and tapped all frame contacts with larger stainless screws. Always did on any of my cars.

Yes all the grounds are connected... the 3 or 4 on the driver side head is a fun one almost as much fun as the bundle of grounds that go to the bellhousing. If I was missing grounds would the starter work or anything else in the car work?
Sorry, just trying. To resolve no spark.
Covering grounds. Cannot be ruled out.
It is possible to have a weak ground points. yet, Cranks, PCM is ok.
Hence in the instructions. Check ground.
I cracked the code.... its going to make me seem like an idiot but I didn't see in the instructions what to do with this thing so here it goes. The plug that goes to the factory ignition module, I had it plugged back into the old ignition module because I didn't see anything in the instructions on where to connect it so I assumed it was being deleted. So on a wild guess I connected the ignition module connector from the car to the supplied TorqHead harness and noticed I was getting 12volts up to the coils. Then I could verify each coil was firing then it started right up. Ohhhh Nelly did it scare the **** out of my wife who was helping me by cycling the key. Thank you so much for everyone's patience and help.
Paul from TorqHead was a great asset to figuring this out as well... after a short conversation he was able to explain to me that my problem was in the connection for the ignition module so that made me focus on that area of the car. As soon as I connected that connector I instantly saw 12volts at the coils
