I took the ICM to my local parts house and had it tested today and it tested good. So one more link eliminated as a culprit. I asked about the special grease you are supposed to use on the back side and they told me that everyone uses dielectric grease on them now. In fact the new part they had in stock came with that.
Any comments/recommendations RE: using dielectric grease????
