Default Issues after Cam Swap

I have a 1995 manual with the zf6 and just dropped the transmission and pulled the engine to put in a new clutch, camshaft(Duration @.050 230/236, Lift 0.576/0.570, LSA 113), lifters, and valve springs. Got it all back together and it runs great when in neutral and will rev up fine, but when I put the car in gear to drive it the engine won't rev when I step on the pedal and it will just drive at idle. I have codes for Manifold Absolute Pressure circuit high and for a vehicle speed sensor loss, but both sensors are getting power. I haven't got a tune yet so I'm thinking that is the main issue, but I have no idea why my throttle is responsive in neutral but not in gear. I'm 17 and this is the first car I've built so I'm not very experienced, any help is much appreciated.

Bell housing ground wires loose or not all of them are attached would be easiest. Crossed plug wires. Vacuum leaks or misconnected. Basically review everything is connected where it's supposed to be.
