cool, i have some friends around here that sprayed a 175hp shot on a stock motor and didn't put a shift kit in and it sounded like it was goin to blow up under all the stress :eek: he still ran a high 11 and thats letting off the gas to shift and getting back in it :D

I installed the TransGo kit and really like it. It was a messy job though. I'm going mid 11's on a 150hp shot. This kit won't make the trans last much longer on any power adder. That takes a rebuild by a good trans guy. Good luck.

Best of luck on your NOS use. I think the whole tranny should be fortified for nitrous use and a better torque converter ( I think they make torque converters specifically for use with NOS ) I am not that sure that a shift kit will prevent a tranny from breaking when using NOS.
