It depends on what you start off with, but I'd say $4000-$5000 and it depends whether you can do some of the work yourself.. I'm putting a 9'' back in my car now. I had it in my vette about 14 years ago and broke the teeth on the ring gear and pulled the rear out, I had access to a Dana 44 and put that in. I raced with the 44 for 12 years running mid 11s. Last winter I rebuilt the LS it I made it a 403 and have a turbo for it. UPS just delivered my third member I ordered from Quick performance yesterday. When I did my 9" at it cost my $3500 and I used a cheap stock third member, BIG mistake I broke the gears at the track because of the posi unit one wheel was slipping and chatter the spider gears. So this time I brought a good 3rd member and an Eaton True-Trac with 3.40 gears. when I did the rear I made it so it was a bolt unit. Do a search on this forum and you will see how much it cost 14 year ago.

My main goal is to be able to put sticky tires on the car, use the power I have and not worry about the diff. The car is a procharged 383 with a TKX and a dana36 on borrowed time.

unfortunately I don’t have the knowledge or time to do the work myself which is why I was interested in a kit but nobody makes them anymore. I managed to get in touch with one shop who used to make them, and assures me they still can but ignore any questions about a rough cost.
I did all the work/labor on my 9" conversion with a few minor exceptions ... Done in January and February of 2021 ... I spent close to 6K but I used quality stuff ... Moser housing and axles/brakes ... Afco double adjustable coil over shocks ... new P.S.T. driveshaft ... Ebay dragster chunk ... A.R.T. 4 link tubing and threaded ends , panhard bar kit , misc brackets , spherical rod ends ,etc .
The only kits that I was aware of are from Carrol's Rod and Racecraft and Jesse , screenname SkiDownIt ... he shows up on the forum now and then .
Thanks for the pics. I’ll have to carve out some time on the weekend so I can look under my car and answer some basic questions that I have about how your axle attaches to a c4. That trailing arm mount can’t be the only attachment point.
A friend of mine has a race shop and he built my engine. .He took me to a 1/8 mile track and I had a ball. I was running high 8’s spinning all the way. Lol. I just wanted a better option than getting a different car for the strip.

Trailing arms , shocks , and panhard bar are the only pieces that keep the rear under the car ... the upper pics show the "set-up" trailing arms ... the pic with a brake rotor shows the final link bars ... they are chrome moly tubing 1 1/4" uppers and 1 3/8" lowers ... as I recall , the panhard is 1" ...
