I have a dyno tune session coming up in a little over a month and i am wondering if i have enough injector to hit my power goals. I have Bosch 50# injectors, how much power can they support before they are maxed.
Very different formula for supercharged engines, its not even close. Use injectors that your ECM and injector drivers support and where you can input data to the ECM. Fuel Tech makes great injectors to support big power with a blower.
For sizing, there are some calculators online and formulas online.
800whp with e85 and boost is going to require much larger injectors than 60lb/hr. If you figure no more than 80%duty cycle you're going to need anywhere between 103 lb/hr and 112 lb/hr injectors depending upon if it's supercharged or turbocharged.
Don't forget your fuel pump. You're going to need a pretty good pump to supply the fuel for that much power.

I can not get E in my area so i am only looking to use pump 93 octane... i think i am looking for 1000cc injectors or 100lbs that should give me a good cushion in case I want to add a small shot of laughing gas in the future

I misread that somehow. Thought you were planning on running e 85 instead of gasoline. In that case: looks like 80 lb injectors should do it at 80% duty cycle. 1000cc or 100lbs injectors should be plenty with room to grow.
Are you running a supercharger or turbo? That makes a small difference in the injector tor size calculator between the two.
