Default Help!!

My seat belt will not pull out,i have spent hours trying to get it out,only comes out a few clicks once in a while. i have push the cinch button about 972 times nothing!! i
live in a small town and the police will pull me over for this,so I can not drive my vette!! any ideas,help would be great!!!!!thanks

Patience. Jiggle it and see if it comes loose.

Odds are the Pendulum weight is stuck. First try sliding seat forward so you can get a to the retracter, give it a hit with your first or a mallet while giving a little push back on belt or winder.
if this doesn't work try giving a 3/8 extension as a punch give the mount bolt a wrap or 2 if this fails your pulling the Adjuster

Also the cinch button Locks the belt but should allow the belt to function normally once retracted
