No Start Scenario

1989 No Start Scenario
August of 2022, I put my 1989 Corvette into storage for the upcoming winter. About two months later I try to start it to let it idle and circulate some fluids. The car did not sputter or attempt to run.
My starter turns the engine over just fine though, I immediately tested spark but I do have spark. I then went to my fuel system and tested 40PSI in the rails with key in on position and 40PSI while trying to start the car. With the car still not starting I shot starting fluid down the intake and it DID start. It actually sat and idled for 5-10 minutes until I shut it off. I shut the car down because my car was idling at 17 on the tachometer and kept rising. The car will not start on its own.
At this point in time i'm assuming bad injectors but I just want to see if anyone has any other ideas before I dig into this project.

(Update): When turning engine over I do have reading on the oil pressure gauge, tachometer, and coolant temp.
