Default LT1 Block Question

I’m in the process of pulling my ‘95 LT1 block out for a rebuild after a spin bearing. The Vette has 58k miles and had a host of issues when I picked it up. I had suspected that someone had been in the motor trying to address issues when I found the slug removed from the stock throttle body and it had a high idle. Today, I removed the heads and found that the cylinder appear to of been sleeved. I didn’t think Chevy sleeved engines from the factory, is this correct? I am beginning to suspect someone did a rebuild and did a **** job. There was some rust on the cylinder walls and no cross hatching. I’m just trying to see if I should source a new block or just re-sleeve it if that was truly done at the factory. I’m going to bore it out to be a 383, so this is kind of an important detail. Thanks for any feedback.

GM would not have sleeved an LT1 block.

Sure it's not shadowing from the head gasket you see? I had a block sleeved before and you couldn't tell unless you looked at the bottom of the bore. Measure the bore size. If it was out and apart I would think the pistons are oversize? Also you should be able to tell if they are stock or aftermarket gaskets.
And you don't bore a block to a 383, you replace the rotating assembly.
