Gonna upgrade injectors...any tips?
As far as the install is concerned. All you need is the injectors and new o-rings for the injectors. The injector should come with new o-rings, so your all set. You may later want to install an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. I beleive those injectors are rated at 3bar (43.5psi), however, the stock pressure is lower around 38psi. Thats L98 are. I haven't done anything to my LT1, so I can't say anything for sure about the facotry pressure setting and I have not measured it either. You may want to find that out via this post or look in the forum archives.
Tips:
When putting the injectos into the manifold and the rail back on the injecotrs, put a small drop of oil in the injector o-rings, top and bottom, so they slide in easier and don't tear on the aluminum. You want to consult the manual on how the releive the fuel presure on the line before you start disassembly, otherwise,

1. Find the fuse box on the passanger side of the cockpit.
2. Find the fuel labeled FP (for Fuel Pump)
3. Pull the Fuse, this will disable the fuel pumps.
4. Start the engine and let it run until the engine stalls from fuel exhaustion.
5. Crank the engine over a few time just to make sure.
6. Pull the negative battery lead. (to insure from electical spark in case of some minor fuel spillage)
That should do the trick. I hope this helps.
