Default Injector flow test results

I've been dealing with the right bank richer than the left by 0.8 AFR. Ruled out exhaust or intake leaks. Finally pulled the injectors, Deka 4 60lb. to FIC for flow testing. I scribed the cylinder number in them when I pulled them, so that is how the chart is labeled. They are not very consistant(4.4% spread)-however if I add totals from left bank (odd numbered) and compare to right bank (even numbers) it's not far off. I also noticed that after driving it for a couple hours and doing VE learns and get the VE tables looking good/then take it out next day-same CTS and IAT but just starting a drive then the VE tables are all over the place until it's driven for a couple hours again, then VE tables are back. Checked and confirmed they are real Dekas, not the counterfeits. I'm leaning torwards just getting new flow matched injectors from FIC, and if all the left bank were the lower flowing and right bank higher flowing it would be a simple decision. Although the difference between starting out driving vs after a couple hours is really making me question these injectors. I would really appreciate everyone's thoughts.

How well does your WB correlate with the NB?

Do you trust both sensors?

How did you determine that the right bank is running 0.8 AFR richer? Do you have two widebands, or did you swap the positions from left to right or vice-versa?

This data has pretty good WB/MB correlation. You can see that the rich and lean peaks and valleys are in sync. Interestingly during closed loop cruising, the WB is always running about 0.1 AFR richer (on average) than the target AFR with both adapted for E10 fuel assuming a 14.12:1 stoichiometric ratio.

I think this car is set up with the PLX WBO2 reading from both banks or somewhere downstream of the LPE headers y-pipe merge. I will check with the owner for details. Car also has a super ram intake with Prochager p600b and 42 lb/hr injectors.

Different car, different fuel (f-body 5 litre with tpi intake and Procharger in the UK. Innovate WBO2 location unknown, but assumed to be right bank): https://datazap.me/u/tequilaboy/feli...4902-4931-4745

This 2nd car is right on the money regarding the target AFR, NB and WBO2 correlation during closed loop (14.72:1).

The data from both of these cars does not indicate any bank to bank discrepancy or any significant WB/NB discrepancy. I wonder if you have a fuel pressure differential or voltage offset from bank to bank.

I have in the program (EBL P4) target 14.2 stioch for the fuel in our area along with wideband at 14.2 (TT-1). I also have a stand alone wideband that I put in the left bank and left the TT-1 wideband in the right bank-ran open loop with same results. Then swapped the widebands left to right and still right bank richer. It's a super ram not miniram and it stays richer on the right bank all the way up. Another odd thing I noticed-2 of the injectors flowed a little less after cleaning. Could have been leaking?? Has anyone heard of problems with Deka 4s?

it stays richer on the right bank all the way up.
You're saying this persists up to higher rpms? That sounds like some sort of electrical discrepancy between how the two wide bands are hooked up or something.

Even on my Miniram when I had the split BLMs it would only last up to about 1500 rpm.
