The Amsoil website says it is 5W-30. Note that transmission oil vs engine oil are rated differently, so the 5W-30 rating is not the same as engine oil 5W-30.
Also, Another vote for Amsoil. I used it in my '95. I had a "notchy" shift from 1st to 2nd when cold. Since I changed the fluid to Amsoil, the change was immediate and no more "notchy" shifts.
