AC delete

Have an 88 that is a show car, I don't drive it much AC is not working so I thought about just getting rid of it....what would I need to do to eliminate it?

Probably worth more, plus better as as stock configuration for shows if you keep the AC. It isn't like you are racing it and need to dump weight. Semper fi.
