There should be pressure there. Fuel should squirt out under pressure when you depress the valve. You need to put a fuel pressure gauge on that port and monitor it while you're driving, as I described previously.
Verify proper fuel pressure and initial ignition timing first. If either of those are off, it'll never run right. Also, there are no ECM codes generated for either of those issues.
Even before I got the cap off it started leaking. Like the Schrader valve itself was leaking without being depressed. I turned the cap 2 turns or so and fuel started leaking out from under it. I'll attach a pic
You can see fuel leaking out, that's as far as I got the cap unscrewed.

I looked at it and everything looked fine. Next time I'm out at my parking garage I'll pull the whole maf out and see if it's dirty or if the bottom of the intake is cracked in a place I couldn't see
