Pull all of the shims out along with cutting off the rubber spacers on the top side of the spring. Also, you can remove the rubber pad on the bottoms of the ends of the front spring. You can get thin sheets of a Teflon coated product, or something similar, then glue them to the bottom of the spring. This WILL slam the front end.
It will be a rough ride though, but it will be slammed!
I tossed the wedges and cut the rubber spacers only in half. It dropped me about 1.5 inches and it was still a decent ride. I suspect if you lose all the rubber, you may get a rough ride, and possibly could delaminate\stress\crack the spring after a while. Leave a little rubber on there for safetys sake.
