puzzled

I have a 84 crossfire engine it was running great and then poorly so I changed the plugs but now not so good it turns over backfire a bit but nothing won't even run I'm lean toward the ignition module.. got any Idea's Thanks for your time

You may have probably already done this but check again that the plug wires are connected to the plug they are supposed to be on. Ask me how I know.

We live the same life. I was worried I have faulty ignition components from the big O'Reilly the other day. Nope, just me being a moron and installing the wires wrong. The engine will crank and crank forever and make smells but not turn over.
