Good afternoon. In recent months I blew a headgasket so I just went through the fun I've ever had replacing them. However I was given a set of 128 casting heads to replace the rough shape the 113 heads we're in. The 128's we're ported and freshened up with new valves, springs, 1.52 rocker arms. Original 22lbs injectors were bad used a spare set of 24lbs from my 85 that were still good. (maybe?) Got everything back together. Finally got to drive it the first time in a few months. However this where the problems started to arise. It's runs rough the entire rpm range it has power and will up and go if need be but sounds like it has a slight misfire through the entire rpm range. Flooring it WOT from a stop, power will just completely lost, fall flat on it's face and RPM's just completely drop then it will cruise just fine afterwards. Rechecked valves and all seem to be within spec
The ECM is using fuel calculations for parts that don't exist on your engine anymore. You have to flash your computer to run bigger injectors and different flowing heads.
First, check the spark plug wire routing, pay special attention to cylinders 5 & 7. Then OHM test the injectors ... 16ohms is your target. Who freshened up the heads? You or the seller?

These were given to me from a friend. He had these heads done roughly 10 years ago and was sitting on his shelf never ended up using them. I have no idea what the flow numbers are. It was done from a machine shop somewhere in North Philly.
