My windshield wipers are colliding with each other on occasion and I am wondering if I have to replace anything to fix the problem. Anybody have any experience with this one? Thanks. :seeya
Thanks for all the replies. I'm fairly certain that the assy's are not the factory originals (blades), but the arms are. The collisions occur at varying speeds in traffic, different settings of wiper speed. I'll order and change to the '95'96 arms/blades and see what happens. I haven't changed the blades in a couple of years so that might be an issue too, although they do work great when wiping.
Get the '96 blades and arms. Don't ask for '95-'96. There were two types in '95 and you may get the wrong set. I got mine from Jeff Kopp. Arms and blades $80 delivered.
Had same problem, besides frustrating it was embarassing! Checked arround, after market blades are the problem. Go to local Chevy dealer and get OME. I did and the problem vanished!
