Warning Lights

I bought the car at a non-name brand dealer lot "on the boulevard," and they have offer to have the problems repaired free of charge at the shop around the corner. This location is in the inner city of Los Angeles. I am thinking of paying to have the problem repaired at a Chevy dealer or have it done Dick Gulstrand's shop, as he is a personal acquaintance. I will be seeing him Thursday evening.
The car has dual power sports seats, and the passenger seat is not moving back and forth albeit the fact that the seat back and bolster adjustments are working. The "shop" claims to have diagnosed both problems, but I want to double check their diagnosis against Corvette Forum member expertise. They say that the seat belt indicator light is related to the problem with the seat. I am not sure what they mean about the "INFL REST" diagnosis. I thought that light had something to do with the air bag, but they are saying it is "suspension related"?
