Default Distributor rebuild
I pulled my 1985 HEI distributor today when pulling the motor, it has 60K miles.

Should I rebuild this thing!?

You should be fine. I had 140k on mine with no problems.

I would, i learned a hard lesson last year, there were a few parts that i didn't replace or rebuild, they cause me alot of problems, rebuild everything :cheers:

NAPA offers a rebuilt unit, Accel offers one too, I believe, or you could convert to the small cap HEI like I did and go with an MSD Distributor.
