headers??
These the ones you're looking at?

The only thing that would make them absolutely not work is if they had clearance issues with other things under your hood.
Hooker doesn't make a longtube header for the LT1/LT4 cars yet I have hooker long tubes. How does this happen you ask? I run the 2151's which are actually for an L98 Vette. They don't have any smog provisions so they look like they were made specifically for my application. A lot of people run TPI headers on the LT1/LT4 cars, they should work just fine.
The one thing that could screw you up more than anything is if they are shorties and not long tubes. The L98's had a much different cat setup and shorties MAY present more problems when trying to connect to the rest of the exhuast, I can't say for sure. If they are long tubes they should bolt up with a fairly minimal amount of fabrication to the existing exhaust.
One more important note, if they are long tubes you will probably be removing your cats. Unless you go with aftermarket cats to still pass emissions you will need to install a set of O2 sensor simulators for your rear O2's to trick the car into thinking the cats are still working to avoid SES lights.
