They are hex head bolts , with a groove for a C clip and a hex center washer that prevents them from backing out once they are torqued.
I have used them on two header equipped engines and think that they are a great product.
Edit: I forgot you were overseas. Ford dealers here that carry Motorsports parts stock them in a size that will work. I don't know if that helps you though. Good luck.
