Can an L98 with close to 200,000 miles have oil pressure of 60 psi cold, and 45 psi at operating temp? Both readings at idle. Just wandering if sometime in its previous relationships that the motor was rebuilt. The car always starts immediately, burns no blue ands runs strong.

 Yes it can!
I have an '82, 305 with 350000 plus that runs 60 lbs cold, 45 pound hot with straight 30w oil
My 88 vette runs 70 + pounds cold and 58 psi very hot, with 20/50 Amzoil Gold
It should be anywhere from 45-60psi at cruise, and half of that at idle.
Cold pressure is going to be higher than hot pressure too.
Mine starts out at about 57psi cold all the time, and then when it gets warm the idle pressure drops to the high 30s/upper 40s, while the cruise stays in the 55psi range.
