Autozone in Las Vegas sell the relay for ~$8 each, and I paid less than $100 for the pump from Jeff Kopp/Chris at superior Chev.

$1300?

Racetronix stocks OEM size replacement injectors.
These injectors are the disc type which are more reliable than the Rochester types found in most of the older C4's. Most injectors are in the $40-$50 price range.

When installing new injectors it is best to replace the fuel filter and purge the lines with air and clean fuel. Check the screens in your old injectors for excessive rust. Rust could be an indication of a rusty tank which needs service or replacement. Rust or debris in your fuel tank will damage both your injectors and your fuel pump.

Come to find out I have a Vette shop a block away from home, they pressure tested the injectors and they were fine. The technician ran a pressurized cleaner through the system and it now starts with a turn of the key, and no smoke! They also repaired my fan ,and VATS system. Price was not bad at all. This is coool!
