My thoughts are that any car....be it vette or whatever would "BOG"..when cold...at least until it reached normal operating temp's......
Don't you???????????????????????????
We have all been around to know that fact.......haven't we??????????
tony

Before I got the custom chip for the LT4 Hot cam I had installed, my car would not respond smoothly to throttle inputs when cold/slightly warmed up. It felt like the car was bogging down. Basically the stock programming was commanding the wrong fuel flow. It was fine during cruising and steady state throttle position because the car was in closed loop. With the new chip, the car will take off even if cold.
Keep in mind that you shouldn't rev the engine very high until it reaches operating temperatures.
1. Check for a vacuum leak. That will cause it to be real lean when cold.
2. Check your cold start injector (if you have one) drivers cide lower manifold area. Make sure its plugged in and working.
3. Make sure you have the proper basic state of tune i.e. good wires, plugs, air filter ect.
Good luck and keep us informed on how you make out.
