It's easy.

Go beneath the seat, pull the little cable to release the bottom cushion, pull the cushion out and set aside.

Four bolts that keep the seat to the track. I believe they are 13mm. Remove them and pull the seat out, leaving the track and motor on the floor.

Remove plastic cover from E-brake.

Place an awl/something slim and pointy into the small hole on the e-brake to relieve tension on the cable.

Remove the two torx bolts that hold the brake to the sill panel. If they're tight, spray some PB blaster on them to loosen. I stripped the bolt on the edge, closest to the seatbelt reel, and had to spend several hours removing it. You don't want to do that.

Remove the connector on the back of the e-brake for the "BRAKE" light in the instrument panel. It may be a PITA, but it unclips and comes off.

Careful when removing the end of the cable from the brake assembly, you don't want to break the plastic that secures it in place - it makes reinstallation harder.

Install is reverse of removal, pull it up and release three times to set it.
