Default Front monleaf spring

Has anyone installed the front monoleaf spring from MAD. If so do all 3 Polyurethane Frame Mount pads go in? I was doing incrimental torquing
and got to 30lbs. and the spring retainer snapped. I thought maybe the spring retainer was bad but the other retainer snapped at 30lbs. MAD
instructions was not specific on what went back in. I do have new retainers
coming and do not want to break them.

Any help would be great.

I talked with Vette Brake Product who supplies the springs to MAD.
They had me look at a number on the spring MAD sent the wrong
spring in the right box. Also looks like someone took a white marker
and marked over the numbers 84 with 88. I talked with MAD and they
are sending the correct spring next day air no charge.

So with a little delay things still look bright
